Custom and made-to-order products<\/h2>\n

Most B2B bag projects involve customized materials, colors, logos, packaging, samples, or production arrangements. Once a custom order, sample, artwork, material, or production detail has been confirmed, customized products are generally not eligible for no-reason refunds or no-reason returns.<\/p>\n

No-reason returns are not accepted for customized orders<\/h2>\n

Because customized goods are made according to confirmed buyer requirements, LEBON does not accept no-reason returns or refunds for custom logo products, OEM \/ ODM products, private label projects, customized packaging, or other made-to-order products after order confirmation or production start.<\/p>\n

Quality or specification issues<\/h2>\n

If you believe a confirmed order has a quality issue or does not match the agreed written specification, please contact us promptly with order details, photos, videos, and a clear description of the issue. The resolution may include review, repair, replacement, credit, or another agreed solution depending on the confirmed project terms and evidence provided.<\/p>\n

Samples and pre-production approval<\/h2>\n

For customized projects, buyers should carefully review samples, artwork, logo placement, material, color, and packaging details before production confirmation. Approved samples or written confirmations may be used as reference for production review.<\/p>\n

Shipping, duties, and handling<\/h2>\n

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, destination charges, and return logistics are handled according to the confirmed order terms and applicable shipping arrangement.<\/p>\n
