1. Can you print a custom logo?
Yes. Custom logos can be added to the bag or package. AI and PDF logo files are accepted.

2. What dimensions and closure are available?
The source lists 7 inch and open / zipper closure options. Confirm full bag dimensions, closure and laptop fit before ordering.

3. What are the sample and payment terms?
One sample is USD 88, deductible after a bulk order. T/T, L/C and Western Union are accepted. Production lead time is to be confirmed.

6. Which testing or audit documents are available?
Ask for documents matching the factory, product or material scope of your project. A factory audit is not a product-performance certification.

7. How will our order be packed and shipped?
Packing method, carton marks, quantity and destination are agreed for each order. Shipping terms and costs are confirmed in the quotation.

8. What should we send for a quotation?
