1. Can I customize the logo and color?
Yes. Custom logo and colors are available with OEM and ODM service. AI and PDF logo files are accepted.

2. What are the sample terms?
Sample price is USD 140 per piece, maximum one piece. Sample preparation takes 7-10 days. The sample fee can be refunded or deducted when a bulk order is placed.

3. What payment and packing options are available?
Packing is an OPP bag. T/T, L/C and Western Union are accepted. Confirm production lead time and shipment details before ordering.

MOQ is 200 pieces. The quantity split by color or logo method is confirmed in the quotation.

2. Can we add our own logo?
Send vector artwork, logo dimensions and the preferred position. Feasibility and cost depend on the material and decoration method.

4. How do we approve a sample?
Material, construction, color, logo and packing details should be approved against the agreed sample before bulk production. Sample cost and timing are quoted per project.

5. What is the production lead time?
Timing depends on quantity, material availability and customization. The confirmed schedule starts from the agreed approval and payment milestones.

6. Which testing or audit documents are available?
Ask for documents matching the factory, product or material scope of your project. A factory audit is not a product-performance certification.

7. How will our order be packed and shipped?
Packing method, carton marks, quantity and destination are agreed for each order. Shipping terms and costs are confirmed in the quotation.

8. What should we send for a quotation?
Send the product model, quantity, color, logo artwork, packaging requirements and destination. Clear specifications help us prepare a relevant offer.
