Send your artwork and color reference. Branding, materials and packing options are reviewed before sample development.

3. Can we check a sample before bulk production?

Ask for the sample arrangement, cost and schedule for your confirmed specification. The approved sample is the reference for production.

4. What information is needed for a quotation?

Please provide the model, quantity, target market, material and color preferences, artwork, packaging and delivery destination.

5. How are product claims and tests confirmed?

Tell us any required test method before sampling. Product performance must be supported by the agreed testing; a company social audit is not a product test certificate.

6. How is production quality checked?

Confirm material, measurements, construction, workmanship and packing checkpoints against the approved sample and specification.

7. How long will sampling and production take?

The schedule depends on confirmed desenho, materials, branding and order quantity, and is stated in the quotation.

8. Which shipping and packaging options are available?

Individual packing and export cartons can be specified. Express, air or sea shipping can be coordinated according to shipment size and agreed terms.
