Material, dimensions, construction, included accessories and workmanship should match the agreed specification. Approve the finished sample before bulk production.
Packing and delivery: Final packing method, carton quantity, marks, shipping cost and production schedule should be confirmed for the order. Sample timing, freight and refund conditions must be agreed before payment.
Performance and documents: For any supplier-described performance feature, agree the required test method and acceptance criteria before production. Ask for documents matching the product or material scope; a factory audit does not establish a product performance rating.
